I=92m wondering if anyone has tried hacking the Polaroid i-Zone Webster
mini-photo scanner. It appears to be a fixed focus camera with 2 white
LED=92s for light and the resolution is 352 x  288 8 bit color uses a 3
wire serial cable and a Twain driver for access and the local Wal-Mart
had them on close out at $3.50 each ( original suggested retail was
$79.99) so I bought the 3 they had and so far I haven=92t found anything
on the web about hacking them. Does anyone know anything about it or
have any suggestions as to how to access the camera I remember seeing
someone posting a link on a list to a program that would capture and let
you view the data on a serial port if anyone knows about the software I
would appreciate the link.
