Hi all,

For those that use ROMzap, I added a "fly on the wall" option, which is
a small window that only has the Program, Run and Reset buttons on it.

This window tries to stay on top of all applications and as such can be
placed somewhere out of the way on the MPLAB interface for instance.
When the PIC source code is modified and reassembled, just hit program
and run it in the target application.

While developing code, just press Reset which temporarily pulls the MCLR
pin low to force the PIC back to boot mode and then reprogram and run
again.
