"The Bluebird Electronics millenium board starter kit contains all the
necessary components to start learning the intricacies of the PIC and is
aimed at both engineers and students"

It contains the following features:

regulator and reset components, choice of 4 or 8 MHz oscillator module
to drive the PIC, prototyping block for project expansion, sockets for
40, 28 (narrow), 18 and 8 pin PIC's. Alphanumeric LCD display module (16
characters x 2 line) with seperate back-light control, 4 seven segment
LED displays, 6 undedicated LEDs. 3 x 4 keypad for data input, dual
RS232 ports, thermistor, potentiometer, 4 switches, 4 push buttons.
Prototyping breadboard area.

Connectors are provided for an internal ACSPO programmer for in-situ
programming. The board is fully assembled and a circuit diagram is
provided together with a 3.5" disk with examples of source codefor both
CCs-Q compliler and assembler for projects based on the board. Examples
of applications include LED flashers, LEd to LCD display driving,
keyboard interfacing, A/D routines, RS232 interfacing and many more.
Each project is supplied with rellevant wiring information and is fully
commented to assist the userin following the program.

NOTE The user will need a programmer such as the PICSTART Plus to
develop the software and program a PIC micro.

All-in-all a very powerfull learning / development tool. This board has
never been used. It was bought with a project in mind and then something
else came along - hence it is up for sale now.

List price in the UK is #112 - I'm asking #65 for it, buyer pays
postage/shipping costs. Cheque in pounds sterling as payment, items
ships when funds cleared.
