Sorry for the repost - I forgot the [EE].

Does anyone have any info on this testing device?  It seems to
be a comm's sniffer and terminal device.  It has a small green
CRT display which displays twoletter mnemonics and/or ascii
characters.
It also has interchangable (ROM?) devices with labels like:
  "STD Package"
  "BISYNC PKG, MNTR-PGMS"
  "BISYNC PKG, 3270 EMU"
  "PRINTER PROM"
  "ECP PROM LEVEL 1"

I can't figure out the menus enough to try feeding it some RS-232.
