But I'm trying to become modern and use a Windows editor - its just that my fingers are too used to all the commands and macros that I have in Qedit and it takes time. I've evaluated several Windows editors: PFE, MPLAB (almost the same thing as PFE), EditPad, The Semware Editor (TSE), UltraEdit, a couple of others. So far, I've settled on UltraEdit. Now I'm just trying to get my fingers used to the default key bindings. You see - because Qedit is so tiny (46K), it doesn't matter how much I customise it because I just toss it on a floppy and take it with me. Its pretty hard to do that with most Windows editors. dwayne Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax Celebrating 17 years of Engineering Innovation (1984 - 2001) * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Do NOT send unsolicited commercial email to this email address.
