I think it has more to do with perhaps how much torque the clamp, holding it
fixed in its position, should have before the case is stressed and fractures
under it as a result.

        I was just looking at a UPS system that impressed me during the last
power
outage we had. The interesting thing was the batteries, they are 2.5V
batteries bigger than car batteries! I wanted to see what AH rating they
were but all I could find was a Torque rating. The rating was 70 inch
pounds, what the heck is a Torque doing on a battery?? How would I convert
this to an AH rating? Thanks, TTYL
