In configuration word 300003h, bits WDTPS2,WDTPS1, and WDTPS0 select the
postscale value for the watchdog timer.  The databook "PIC18CXX2 DS39026B"
states that a value of 000 will select a 1:128 postscaler, however when I use
this value in MPLab 5.30 it shows up as 1:1 in the configuration bits window.
Actually mplab and the databook are reversed on all watchdog postscale
settings.  Does anyone know if this is a problem with the databook or mplab.
