Would someone please advise if the following procedure is correct for
programming PIC16F876 via ICSP using Microchip ICD and MPLAB.

1) Use "Import to memory" to load hex file
2) Select Chip and ICD from "Development Mode" menu
3) Program

MPLAB does not allow me to view the hex file and there is no reference to it
in the programming options dialog to verify that it is actually programming
the code I have loaded.
