If your analog voltage changes slowly a simple RC filter will do the job.

R from PIC pin to + lead of CAP.
- lead of CAP to ground.

Set RC (time constant) to be quite a bit bigger than your PWM frequency.

Watch your load, its input impedance should be >> R
