Got it, thanks. I hadn't bothered actually going to the OKI site as a search (alltheweb, google) had only dug up half a dozen dead references so I thought it's be well gone by now. BTW I did manage to download the PDF, by pressing the stop button and paging back, then right-click on the "download now" button.
