Urgent need to have a 16F84 programmed in NM, USA

Paul, a contact from another list (Rocketry) is in need of an urgent favour.

He needs a PIC 16F84 programmed and delivered to a person in Rio Rancho, New
Mexico asap.
He has produced an altimeter program for an experimental rocketry launch
which is imminent and now finds the code is slightly wrong.
He is in Australia.
The address of the target recipient is

If anyone who is close to this location is willing and able to program a
16F84 asap (preferably for the cost of the chip alone :-) ) would they
