Hi all, I uploaded ROMzap MKIII yesterday. It now has space for a surface mount 24LC256 I2C serial EEPROM which gives it an extra 32K of non voltatile memory and if requested, source code is listed in the template files for EEPROM access. Also included is a new program called 'eepmon.exe'. This allows you to upload a data file to the EEPROM and also to read the data stored in it which can be saved in INHX32 format. You can use MPASM to generate the HEX files ready for uploading. Source code for the PIC is also supplied so it can handle the transfers. You can now do a hardware MCLR reset by clicking on a button on the PC screen. -- Best regards Tony mICro's http://www.bubblesoftonline.com mailto:sales@picnpoke.com -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
