Windows knows nothing of the hardware, except what it (decides to) see. By emulating a fourport or other card's register level programming I/F one should be able to use their driver (which should already be in the Windows driver database). I do NOT suggest that this be done on a commercial basis. Rather as a one-off or special purpose equipment.
