Actually, it's Tim =) I'll dig around further and see if I can't find this

As you can guess, I'm running Apache for Windows to do my HTTP serving from
my PC. Running it out of the box presents you with that default page. Tis no
biggy, I just haven't done anything with it; I find datasheets for people,
stick 'em in the server folder and give 'em an address.
