Very true, I thought about that, and you know, that wouldn't work either. As we all know radio signals propagate, it is almost impossible to make a signal "stop" somewhere, the only way would be to surround the building in a faraday cage, in which case the jammer is unnecessary. So if they have decided to implement a jammer and I'm out on the street and something happens and their jammer is found to have blocked me I can STILL sue them. Personally I don't believe there's even a point in thinking about doing it, many NA cell phones use CDMA, to effectively jam that is quite difficult and these problems I speak of would be multiplied many times. Social control is the answer, not purposely jamming them.
