So long as a restarant or theater makes their no cell phone policy clear, I doubt you can establish any liability. With such a notice, the jamming system is functionally no different than a policy requiring patrons to check cell phones at the door (much like some clubs in Texas make you check your handguns at the door). If you dont agree with the policy, you have the right NOT to enter. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Herbert Graf" To: Sent: Friday, March 23, 2001 4:15 PM Subject: Re: [EE]: How to jamm a cell phone? > > -----Original Message----- > > From: pic microcontroller discussion list > > [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of Tom Mariner > > Sent: Friday, March 23, 2001 08:22 > > To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU > > Subject: Re: [EE]: How to jamm a cell phone? > > > I do like reading the stories, however, on the Japanese restaurants > > "jamming" cell phones. > > Fortunately so far nobody has been stupid enough to do such a thing > here.
