Lite-on.... Is that the same place the makes the lite-on brand of computer montors?? I have plenty trouble with these. The screen goes very dim after about a year. So much so that you cannot make out what going on, even in a dark room. The obvious solution is to open it up and adjust the brightness on the ht-coil. Thing is this only works once. After about another 3-4 months the screen goes out of focus and it get darker still. Setting the brighness up further does nothing except making the scanlines/traceline/whatever visible. Solution = buy your customer a new screen and beg your salesmen not to sell/renew anymore maintenance contracts for that brand of screen.
