    Many Cypress employees used to work for other semiconductor
    companies; it's probably safe to say that there's "an
    ex-Microchip guy involved" in the design, development, or
    manufacture of most Cypress products.  The same thing could be
    said, of course, for ex-National guys, ex-TI guys, ex-Motorola
    guys, etc.
