What about if everybody emails the offending firm
a "go spam yourself" letter with a LARGE attachment.
Say a nice fat 200kb gif of something spam related,
would take a couple of minutes for each person to
send, but all those Mb coming in would really
mess up the offending firm's email at their end,
possibly causing extra charges or banning etc.

Maybe set up an automated system that keeps emailing
large files to the offender. For a week or two...
