Just found some blank spaces in mind about FET's
after all those years spent away from university ;)

Would appreciate if anybody will recommend link
to online book/s about FET theory. (Perhaps good
hardcopy book is ok too, so ISBN's are welcome ;)

Hill+Horowitz, Titze+Schenk are in use but they
aren't so detailed in FET theory explanation.
