But it's just my preference. Using 1 and 0 is "cleaner" and more universal, in the case that someone hasn't used the standard include file to define F and W. Maybe it's just me, but I don't get confused with using 1 and 0 instead of F and W... not saying that it's wrong either way, but I wouldn't try to steer people to use one method or another. As for the "leaving it off" for the default, this is just taking a shortcut... I'd try to program it as properly as possible, especially for a beginner, including the destination bit for every command that has it.
