I have a schematic for the older 259, before they added all the info to the LCD window. That unit does not use a PIC. The counter/LCD display is a commercial counter module. I don't remember the nameplate data that I saw when I opened it up. I can scan the schematic and email it off list if you want a copy. MFJ sent it to me after a couple of inquiries. You could probably get a schematic of the new units also (but no code). I'd be willing to bet a days salary (I'm retired) that any PIC in the new units is memory protected.
