Can anyone explain what IIR stands for? I am referring to the filter program
on the pic site written by Toney Kubeck. I have been only programming the
pic for a couple of weeks now and I am trying to filter a noisy analog
input. It is necessary to use the 10 bit converter because of the needed
resolution so I have to work with two bytes (adresh, adresl). Can anyone
help explain this program in 'laymen's' terms or help in providing an
example?
