With the permission of George Combis of Hi-Tech software, I have been
allowed to release the following brief exchange to the PIC list regarding
HI-TIDE.

1. Will HI-TIDE support the ability to interface to the ICE-2000 or other
emulators?
We are looking at having that versatility implemented into HI-TIDE later
this year, so in the initial releases this feature will not be available..

2. When will the first release of HI-TIDE occur? I'm looking forward to
trying it out.
We are hoping to have a beta released in about 4 to 6 weeks... With the
initial releases targeting the PICC-18 then the PICC compilers
respectively..
