These are extended mnemonics and effectively shorthand for:

SNPNDC =3D=3D btfsc STATUS,DC

SKPDC =3D=3D btfss STATUS,DC

They test the 'digit carry' bit of the status register. This bit contains
the carry out of the 4 lsbits of an arithmetic operation.
