Is your suggestion for this application based on experience ?
An exhaust port isn't a nice place to live and RTDs aren't as robust
as a thermocouples.
I agree with the electrical advantages but the downside would be
the extra restriction and slower response. It would be nice to know
if they do actually survive, though.
