Check this out if you need more info re temp sensors.

If you use a K type, check out this pdf file for a simple circuit diagram

You'll also need a feedthru to hook this up to the manifold. I remember
Autometer selling such things, also search for Swage-Lok for same fitting.
We used a 1/8" type K with an inconel sheath thru a 1/8" swage-lok to npt
pipe.
Also found a dual input k type reader on Ebay for $35.00
