I am beginning to understand now... This must happen ALOT where a group of users spend the better part of a week hashing out a solution and then just when they get it figured out, along comes someone else who asks the same question... Hmmm.. :) Visit the archives and search for "LCD problem revisited", there was about 20-30 posts this past week alone solving this problem on various chips @ various speeds..
