Gee, I hope someone out there has used this chip.  I don't really
want to be breaking ground.

The configuration word (at least in the 16xx pics) seems to be
traditionally located at hex address 400E.  This is in fact
where it's being put for the 12C671 in the hex file. Here's the line:

:02400E00F43F7D

The problem is this:  The data sheet says it is supposed to go at 2007h!

This was CCS C, so I tried compiling the example in assembler using
MPASM.  Same result.  400E.   Anyone know if the chip recogizes one
for the other?  Seems strange!  Might help me find my problem!
