The information you seek appears in the 12Cxx programming manual (data sheet ?). It is and opion selected in the fuses so it must be specified as a parameter to the fuses setting word. In MPASM you can DW the fuses at the specified address for the fuses for your device. This will earn you a warning about the address range of the device being exceeded. Ignore the warning.
