A Schematic is attached as a JPEG for a circuit that should do what you
want.

The cap shown is fine for voice band work (300 Hz) but if you need better
bass
response increase it to 10 uf.

Use an Op Amp that is rated for single supply operation, and offers rail to
rail output.
Power the Op Amp off of +5v and Gnd.
