Sure they are. Autometer sells them for their AFR gauges.

In the UK to pass the annual vehicle check a gas analysis is done for CO2
content etc. It would be nice to do this at home and see how bad it is
before
committing to the proper check. I do not know if the sensors used are
generally
available.
