If they had he wouldn't have the pics I assume, unless he was also e-mailed those too With web connectivity getting easier it would be quite practical to install a battery-powered system like this in a vehicle, such as a goods truck or flash sedan, or anywhere for that matter. I did look into something like this a few years ago (non-www though) using an auto-dialler and low-res video down the phone line. But I suppose it's the "won't happen to me" syndrome that stops people in general installing alarms.
