VideoCD is ISO9660 compatible.
The MPEG1 file appears as .DAT files on a PC.

Beside that, VideoCD also carries a Table-of-Content
(TOC) which contains track information. This is so
that it is compatible with Audio CD loaders besides
CD-ROM.
