I am having trouble programming the 12c508a with my
ITU programmer. I am using P16pro and it works fine
with 16c84's and a picstic.

I wired the socket for the 12c508a as follows:

Vdd  1
Vpp  4
Vss  8
Clk  6
Data 7

The programmers header (starting from the pin closest
to the middle of the board)

1  Vss
2  Vpp
3  Vdd
4  Clock
5  Data

Any help is greatly appreciated.
