If sent UPS they have an online tracking system which allows you to see
where your order is - very detailed - about every hour or two at 1st they
reported its progress across the USA to point of departure. After last US
checkpoint it took about a day to suddenly arrive here.

If you have waited that long it may have been sent surface or not at all.
Did they provide a confirmation of receipt of request and of dispatch?
