I know of 3 varieties that may be of use to you

1) Garmon produce a unit with integral antenna  and serial NMEA output

2) Rockwell, Jupiter - 12 channel aith NMEA serial output

3) Trimble SK8

I have done a lot with the Rockwell and it works fine. It is a PCB module
designed for your OEM project.

The Garmon is all self contained in a small plastic enclosure and works well
but connects to your app via serial cable.
