Cool - I'm a contestant!  I figured they'd be suckers for "internet stuff."
I wonder if I should ask permission to continue, just go for it, or pocket
my "winnings" and quit now (~2 months seems like a short time to do what I
said I was going to do, including hardware and SW design all done in "spare
time", but they did fix their rules... (OTOH, maybe I've gotten too used to
long design cycles!))
