I did a web search and found an F84 based charger
(http://home.wxs.nl/~j.havinga/BattCharger/BattCharger.htm), but it didn't
calculate cell capacity or discharge cells. So has anyone released a PIC
NiCd charger design that can fast or pulse charge various numbers of cells?
