Well... a 8 months ago, I have used a 4MHz PIC16F84 with a crystal of 6.114 MHz. It works OK for long time(two weeks about). But, when I tried to re-programm the chip, it was impossible and the chip remains unusable (al locations reads as 0x000 and "disable code protection" and "bulk erase" dont work). Any other has experiences with overclocking? :-) Cheers!
