Anyone know "what's up" with the missing figures and page numbers in Jim
Brown's PIC16C84 Beginner's Tutorial, which is on-line at:

This marvelous free book shows a table of contents with page numbers for
topics, and throughout the text there are numerous references to
illustrations e.g. "Fig.3.2", etc.  Somehow those features don't show up
(for me) in the HTML manifestation.  What gives?  Anyone have a complete
copy?
