Two comments:

1  -  Look at the pinout of similar modules made by mainstream
manufacturers.  Chances are most will have the same pinout because they all
want to be replacements for the others.

2  -  Toss this one and buy one that comes with a spec sheet.  How much is
$2 of your time worth?
