Forgot to add, when driving the BD203 with
5mA base current and 40mA collector current
the Vce was 0.019v! That's not a misprint.
For a while there I thought I had a faulty
transistor, but a few tested the same.
This may be of use for someone who needs
almost total saturation, PIC driven load
at fairly low currents. :o)
