The best I can do is refer you to the data sheet 30430c.pdf for the 16F8X range.
Under section 13 there is a graph for selecting values.

The 16F84A data sheet I have is preliminary and does not have the graph. The
variation is likely to be wide enough between devices that the older data sheet
will be near enough to give you a starting point.
