Help anyone......
I need a simple timer IC to do this:
1. Toggle action trigger such as push on/ push off
2. time out period up to 15 minutes.
 I was trying to use a U6047B or the U6046 from Atmel.

but I can't get any in the UK and the MOQ is 2300.

Can anyone suggest a good alternative way?
