Hi Everyone

I'm a little new to the piclist so if this question has been asked before,
Please go easy on me :^)

I'm looking to put together a generic controller based on the 17c766 ...on a
budget. What I'd like to know, is whether anyone can advise me on DIY
programmers and software to get this baby programmed without breaking the
bank.
