$9 at most for up to 4 pounds (Global Priority Mail) most anywhere
world-wide, so a Global Priority Mail envelope could be stuffed full as
it'll fit in there and shipped off.  (9-1/2" x 12-1/2" cardboard
envelope.)

Parcel Post is slower and lots more expensive, in this case.
