I keep seeing wild colors on LCD's in car radios these days.  Has any body
used these?  are they costly?  What do they do - use wierd colored
backlights, or are they actually using colored LCD fluid?

If it came in electric blue, I could probably justify replacing an ugly  $3
grey LCD with a $7 or $8 fancy LCD on a high end product, to create some
snazziness.
