A US patent that is granted does not mean that it will hold in court. US
prior art search is very limited. Sadly our native (dutch) patent system,
which used to have an extensive search, is moving towards the US system,
where the cost of busting bogus patents lies on the 'infiringer' instead of
on the 'holder'.
