But really, if they don't listen to your "opt out"- take a look at the the anti junk-fax law I believe there are some financial remedies (that benefit you). Legal threats have been known to work. Real paper with a Cc: to some law firm (real or not) is extremely effective. I don't like it when anybody (even my employer) doesn't play nice. Even if you don't buy any PC's, make sure you buy some servers (my division :) Seriously, just boycotting someone who is doing something you don't like isn't very effective. You've gotta make sure that someone (who can do something about it) knows exactly why you won't buy from them. Just maybe, they have some incentive to change. Looking forward to a junk free world...
